Flexibility and Choice
At iDriveK53, we understand that sometimes, you may not click with your driving instructor. That's why we offer the flexibility to change driving schools up to three times. If you're not comfortable with your current instructor, simply:
- Email or WhatsApp us with your name, surname address, and next booked lesson details
- We'll assign a new driving school with a different instructor

Important Notice
Department only accepts card payments; cash is not accepted.
Terms & Conditions
- Payment Terms: All payments must be deposited or paid directly into the iDrivek53 bank account. Payments made outside of this account will not be recognized, and iDrivek53 will not be held liable in any matter.
- Anti-Bribery and Corruption: Bribery and corruption will not be tolerated in any form for both clients and instructors. Engaging in such behavior will result in permanent blocking from our platform, and no refunds will be made. Such cases will be reported to the nearest police station.
- Lesson Cancellations: Lesson cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to the booked time and before the driving school leaves for your lesson. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being recognized as completed.
- Refund Policy: Refund claims must be made within 14 days after the first lesson, including weekends. After this period, no refunds will be made.
- Lesson Timing: Lessons start exactly at the booked time. If you arrive late, it will be at your own cost, as the lesson will end at the scheduled time. For example, if you book a lesson at 13:00, the lesson minutes will start counting at 13:00, regardless of your presence, and will end exactly at 14:00.
- Changing Pick-up Location (Code 8): Changes to the pick-up location for Code 8 lessons must be updated at least an hour before your lesson. This will depend on the distance from your normal pick-up location, as significant changes may affect the next lesson. Changes should not exceed a 15-minute drive from your normal pick-up location.
